Booking & Pricing
- System Capacity: Each booking slot is limited to 18 people (one group).
- Groups > 18: Submit booking for 18 first, then specify total headcount in "Visitor Information" field.
- Group Ticket: $300 per person
- Note: Concession tickets ($200) included; Free tickets do not count toward the minimum group size.
- Payment: Processed on-site via valid ID verification.

Booking Process
- Advance Booking: Reservations open 3 months ahead. Complete at least 7 days prior.
- Order Status: Automated emails do not guarantee a successful reservation.
- Verification: Contact specialist via LINE (@CCM7979) for details.
- Confirmation: Secured only after specialist provides final confirmation.
Group Guidelines
- Duration: Minimum stay of 2.5 hours recommended.
- Late Policy: Groups >30 mins late without notice will have guided tours automatically cancelled.
- Cancellations: Please call at least 3 days in advance.
- Force Majeure: Subject to rescheduling due to natural disasters or government mandates.
