  • Operating Hours: Mon, Tue, Thu to Sun, 09:00 – 17:00

  • Closed on: Wednesdays, Chinese New Year's Eve, Chinese New Year's Day, and special announcements.                                                     

Ticket Information

Group Reservations

For groups of 18 or more people, please visit the "Group Reservation" page to book. After completing the reservation, please contact us via our Line Official Account or add Line ID: @ccm7979.

Individual Visitors

For individuals or groups of fewer than 18 people, tickets/vouchers can be purchased directly at the Service Center on-site.

  • Note: No refunds will be issued on the day of the visit.

Visitor Guidelines

  1. Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors.

  2. Pets are not allowed indoors (except for working guide dogs).

  3. Wheelchairs are available for loan at the service counter. The museum is equipped with accessible elevators and toilets.

  4. To qualify for discounted or free tickets, please present a valid ID at the time of purchase. Full price will be charged without a valid ID.

  5. Visitors are required to be properly dressed. Please do not enter shirtless or wearing undershirts or slippers.

  6. Long umbrellas are not permitted in the exhibition halls.

  7. Eating, drinking, smoking, and chewing gum or betel nut are prohibited inside the exhibition halls.

  8. A water dispenser is available next to the 1F Service Counter.

  9. Photography is allowed in the exhibition halls (for personal, non-commercial use only). For detailed rules, please refer to the Museum Photography Policy.

Guided Tours

  • Scheduled Tours (Permanent Exhibition): * Times: 10:00 AM and 02:00 PM

    • On-site registration required; limit 30 people per session.

  • Group Tours: * Group reservations include Chinese-language guided tour services.

  • Free Audio Guide: * Trilingual audio guides (Chinese/English/Japanese) are available via QR-Code. It is recommended to bring your own earphones.

    • Earphone rental is available at the Service Counter if needed.

Transportation

  1. Ting-Shi (停十) Parking Lot (Free Public Parking): Located next to the museum. Suitable for bicycles, motorcycles, and cars. Includes a shuttle drop-off area for large tour buses.

  2. Giant Group Building Parking Lot: Available for museum visitors arriving by car only (motorcycles not allowed). For more details, please visit the Traffic Information page.

Parking Notes:

  • Parking lots are for the exclusive use of museum visitors.

  • Before leaving, please bring any receipt from the museum to the 1F Service Counter to exchange for a parking token.
